Lithium Battery Types
- NCR: Uses Lithium Nickel Cobalt Aluminum (LiNiCoAlO₂) chemistry.
Known for high capacity and moderate current output.
Commonly used in laptops and energy storage.
- INR: Made with Lithium Nickel Manganese Cobalt (LiNiMnCoO₂).
Offers a good balance of safety, capacity, and power.
Widely used in power tools, e-bikes, and vapes.
- ICR: Based on Lithium Cobalt Oxide (LiCoO₂).
Offers the highest capacity but lower safety and current output.
Typically used in low-drain electronics like cameras.
- IMR: Uses Lithium Manganese Oxide (LiMn₂O₄).
Delivers high current and excellent safety.
Commonly used in high-drain devices like flashlights and vaping mods.
