160m Vertical antenna utilises a 6.7m aluminium tube and comprises of a loading coil and a capacity hat located at the top of the structure. The pages below are a sample taken from the Drew Diamond book "Radio Projects for the Amateur" Vol.3 . Also included is a picture of the loading coil. The centre of the coil has a PVC tube insulator friction fitted to the main aluminium tube.
